What is a Contract Baseline Schedule?
It’s the official, agreed-upon work plan for the job, signed off by you and the Client. It’s a part of the master schedule that everyone on site works to.
Why is it so important?
It’s your proof of the agreed start and finish dates. If something unexpected happens (like delays or variations), this is the document you use to show the impact and prove you deserve more time or money.
