Integrated Master Schedule
The single, unified timeline that combines the individual schedules of everyone involved — client, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers — into one coordinated programme.
Why it matters
On large, multi-contractor projects — whether a mining infrastructure build, an offshore construction campaign, a major utilities programme, or a large commercial development — interfaces between parties are where delays most often originate: one trade waiting on another, a vendor delivery holding up installation, a shared shutdown or outage window across multiple contractors. An IMS surfaces those interface dependencies explicitly instead of leaving each party to manage its own schedule in isolation.
What's included in our deliverable
- Integration of multiple sub-schedules (yours and, where provided, other parties') into a single logic-linked programme
- Interface point identification and tracking between contractors, vendors, and disciplines
- Consolidated critical path analysis across the combined programme
When to use it
Essential on large, complex, multi-party projects; less necessary on smaller single-contractor scopes.
