Schedule Quality Assurance
At Scheduling Solutions, we use Schedule Prism to perform comprehensive project schedule quality assurance, including DCMA 14-Point Assessments, schedule health checks, logic reviews and critical path analysis.
A technically compliant schedule is not necessarily a good execution schedule. Our experienced planners combine automated schedule diagnostics with professional planning and scheduling judgement to assess whether the programme is logical, achievable, measurable and realistically executable.
