What is a Resource Histogram?
It’s a simple bar chart that shows how much labour or plant (like Concreters, Boilermakers, Electricians, TAs, Labor, Cranes, Excavator etc) you need each week of the job.
Why is this useful?
It helps you spot bottlenecks and avoid costs. You can see if you’ve scheduled too many tasks at once, so you can smooth out the workload and avoid paying for overtime or having crews standing around.
